It's not enough to see a picture -- when you buy something on the Web, you never
really know if it's what you want until you hold it in your hands. As potters
we understand! When you receive your order, check it out, see how it looks,
and decide for yourself. Take your time -- you've got a month to return it to
us. We just want one thing. For you to be happy!
Are You Happy?
If you don't like what we sent you, we'll issue you a refund, replacement (when
possible), or store credit -- your choice. Here's how:
Our Return Policy
You have 30 days to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. Return
products in original condition. We'd appreciate it if you could email
a note saying why you're returning your order so we can improve our products.
Any reason that's good enough for you is good enough for us.
Processing Time
Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return. Customer Service will call
or email to let you know when your exchange or refund has been processed.
Damaged Items: Please contact Customer
Service right away! DO NOT return damaged merchandise without
contacting us. You do have 60 days to notify us about damaged goods, but we
do like hearing from you as soon as possible so we can file a damage claim with
UPS. Please keep the original packaging material(peanuts, foam, etc.) and the
original carton. The UPS claims department will need to inspect the parcel and
the item(s) inside.
